Is Revver AI free in October?
Yes. Revver AI will be available to Revver accounts at no additional cost for the month of October. After October, accounts without Revver AI in their package will no longer be able to process documents with the AI features. Existing AI configurations are not deleted and can be re-enabled if the account upgrades.
How much will Revver cost after October?
October gives you the opportunity to use Revver AI on real work before deciding what makes sense for your organization longer term.
When evaluating the cost, it helps to compare it with the manual work Revver AI can reduce. Tasks like extracting information, classifying documents, naming files, filing them, and summarizing content may only take a few minutes each, but those minutes add up quickly.
For example, if your team processes 2,500 documents per month and automation saves just 3 minutes per document, that gives back about 125 hours each month. At a conservative labor cost of $25 per hour, that's approximately $37,500 in employee capacity each year.

Is my data secure when using Revver AI?
Revver applies its established security and data stewardship practices to Revver AI. You control where and how AI is used in your account, and customer data is not used to train AI for other customers.
Who can turn Revver AI on or configure it?
A user needs the AI Management enabled feature to configure Revver AI. For October, users who already have Metadata Management enabled will automatically receive AI Management access. Account admins can turn that access on or off for individual users.
What if Revver AI gets something wrong?
You can build manual review into your process. Smart Extract, Smart Name and Smart Filing let you include a review step in their configuration. Revver workflows can also add review logic and route documents for your team to check. Start with representative documents, use Smart Hints to guide extraction, and validate results before expanding.
Is the setup complicated?
Start in a test area with a few representative documents. Smart Summary is an easy first step: you can get a document summary in two clicks. As you get comfortable, build a metadata foundation with Smart Classification, Smart Hints and Smart Extract, then use that information with Smart Filing and Smart Name to organize your files. Test each step before expanding.
Will Revver AI work with our existing folder structure?
Yes, in many common setups. Revver AI can use your existing metadata, folders, folder templates and automations. Smart Filing can route documents based on metadata, while workflows can handle more dynamic filing scenarios.
Which Revver AI feature should I try first?
Start with Smart Summary to get a quick overview of a document with minimal setup. When you're ready to do more, choose the manual task you want to simplify and use the table below to find the right feature:
